Virtual Platform

We are using OnAir as the virtual platform, along with zoom to deliver the session content.

All registered delegates will receive login details to the virtual platform prior to the conference starting, which will include guidance on how to use it.

Presentations:

All talks will be delivered via zoom. You will be able to find the links to join these once you are logged on to the virtual platform. It will be the same links for presenters and delegates.

All talks will be recorded and made available on demand via the virtual platform for a month after the conference.

Virtual posters:

All virtual poster presentations will take place on the virtual platform. If you are presenting a poster, you have been allocated a poster number, theme, and a day to virtually present on. More details can be found here

On the day of your presentation, you will have your own virtual rooms, which will be open during the time of the virtual poster sessions. Please see the programme here to see the timings. Anyone logged onto the virtual platform during these sessions will be able to join your virtual room to discuss your work.

All received posters will be added to the resource gallery on the virtual platform prior to the start of the conference. This will allow all registered delegates to view all posters in advance of the poster sessions.

The abstracts book, listing all posters by poster number will also be added to the website in advance of the conference and will be helpful to refer to.

Exhibition:

The exhibitors/sponsors will also have access to the virtual platform, details of who they are can be found here.

You can connect with them via the Virtual Exhibition area once on the platform.
